I graduated in 2004 from the Ontario Veterinary College. I was born in Kingston and grew up in the downtown area. After practicing in the Kingston area for a few years, I joined Barriefield Animal Hospital in 2007.
I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine and appreciate the special bond between pets and their families. My areas of interest include opthalmology, canine lameness and soft tissue surgery. I love to help those challenging cases back to good health. My favourite thing about working here is the team approach we have at Barriefield Animal Hospital.
When not at work, I am busy at home helping my wife (who is also a veterinarian) on our hobby farm with six horses, two dogs, and five cats. I also enjoy golfing, spending time outdoors, and working around the farm. My first pet was a Domestic Long-Hair cat named Frisky. My dream job would be performing small animal surgery in the mornings, and golfing in the afternoons!
